Pheli is a qualified Tourism and Hospitality graduate with over 5 years of experience in the industry as well as administration. And, she’s also a certified Travel Specialist. She specialises in all aspects of hospitality, tourism, and customer care. After graduating she joined a hospitality youth initiative where she did her in-service training. After completing the training she ventured out into the hospitality space and worked for companies such as the One&Only in Cape Town, Intercontinental Hotel Group (Tsogo Sun).
